Products Description
SED-50LZH-L Automatic Vertical Cartoning Machine packages a wide range of products with speed and accuracy, and the product insertion process usually starts from the top. This machine can complete carton erecting, leaflet folding, leaflet and product loading and carton sealing in an automatic process. It is capable of filling and sealing a wide range of carton types. Examples include reverse tuck, straight tuck, and glue-spraying. And it can handle standard carton sizes as well as extended sizes (customized).
This cartoner is widely used in outer packaging across a wide spectrum of industries, including cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and personal care products.
Working Principle
After adjusting the guide rail of carton storage according to carton specifications, manually place cartons into the storage (carton feeder). The suction cup will erect a carton into square shape. The bottom flap of the carton will be closed and the carton is placed on the chain conveyor. When detecting in-feed material, the leaflet folding device will take a leaflet and fold it according to user's requirements (1-4 fold) and place it together with product. After loading, the chain conveyor will guide the carton to the sealing area. In the sealing stage, the carton is sealed according to process requirements (tuck-in/ glue-spraying).
