How Our Electronic Counting Machines Work
Our intelligent capsule and tablet counting machines utilize advanced photoelectric sensing technology combined with dynamic vibration to ensure 100% accuracy. The core operation follows a seamless, four-step automated process:
Products are loaded into the top hopper and travel down through multi-stage vibrating corrugated channels. The stepless vibration smoothly separates overlapping capsules, softgels, or tablets, guiding them into single files while significantly reducing physical friction to protect delicate coatings.
As the items drop from the guiding channels into the dispensing funnels, they pass through a high-intensity optical fiber sensor matrix. These dust-proof photoelectric probes detect and record each falling item in real-time, unaffected by dust or transparent materials.
The PLC intelligent control system processes the sensor data instantly. Once the exact pre-set quantity (e.g., 60 or 100 capsules per bottle) is reached, the pneumatic pneumatic baffle immediately shuts, directing the perfect batch into the waiting bottles, boxes, or bags.
Equipped with real-time system self-checking, the machine automatically monitors the entire workflow. If an anomaly is detected—such as a missing bottle, broken tablet, or irregular count—the machine will automatically reject the faulty batch or trigger a safe shutdown, ensuring zero defective products reach the market.
