If I need to pack different bag sizes, do I need to buy a new machine or complicated upgrade kits?

No, changeovers are straightforward. If you only need to change the bag length (between 50-300mm), you can adjust it instantly via the Delta touch screen without any extra parts. If you need to change the bag width (between 50-200mm), you will need an additional Bag Former. The machine comes with one standard bag former.

How easy is the cleaning process?

The machine is built with a full stainless-steel structure designed for hygiene. Specifically, the 50L hopper on the auger filler features a tool-less disassembly design. Your operators can quickly detach and wash the hopper and screw without needing wrenches or screwdrivers, drastically reducing downtime between different product batches.
