Operation Guide

Load Capsules
Place pre-connected two-piece empty capsules into the loading tray and remove excess capsules.

Separate the Capsules
Position the loading tray on the filling plate and separate the capsule caps from the bodies.

Fill the Capsules
Add the powder into the filling plate and spread it evenly. Use the tamper when additional powder compression is required.

Lock the Capsules
Align the capsule caps with the filled bodies and press the locking mechanism until the capsules are securely closed.

Collect the Finished Capsules
Remove the completed capsules from the filling plate for the next filling cycle.
Cleaning and Drying
Allowed
Use a soft nylon brush or an air pump to remove powder residue. If water is required, clean the components with room-temperature water, then allow them to air-dry naturally or dry them with cold air.
Do Not
Do not use hot or boiling water. Do not soak plates overnight in corrosive chemicals or alcohol. Do not use dishwashers, microwave ovens, conventional ovens or heat guns.
