Product Description of  Capsule Filler 

 

The control panel of the SED-600JC machine is equipped with a 5.6-inch touch screen programmed by Siemens. All powder contact parts are SS 316. Design max. 

The output of the machine is 12,0000 capsules/hour depending on filling weight, powder properties and capsule size. The main body of the machine is made of SS 304 high-quality plate and frame. GMP mode, in line with CE and ISO international standards.

 

Feature of Capsule Filler 

 

The internally designed turret has been improved, and each machine is directly imported from Japan with linear bearings, ensuring the machine has a longer service life and precision.

 

The working table cam runs in a good lubricated state, which fully maintains the internal lubrication of the cam groove, and increases the pressure powder oil pump, thereby prolonging the service life of the spare parts.

 

Computer control, variable frequency stepless timing, digital display, simple operation and clear appearance.
