Products Description

Spray drying is the most widely used process in the liquid process forming and drying industry. It is most suitable for generating powdered, granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and paste-like liquid raw materials.
The air is filtered and heated into the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air spirals evenly into the drying chamber. The liquid material passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower, (rotating) spray into a very fine mist-like liquid bead, and can be dried into a finished product in a very short period of time in contact with hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is emptied by the fan.
