Products Description
Vacuum Coffee freeze dryer is an advanced method for dewatering materials. ATLAS technology in Denmark. It is well-known for its good effects and alternative special water collection functions (as shown in the left picture).
It freezes moisture substances at low temperatures and makes the water inside directly sublimate under vacuum conditions. Then it collects the sublimed vapor by way of condensation to dehydrate and dry the material.
Through vacuum freeze-drying, the physical, chemical and biological state of the material is basically unchanged. The volatile and nutrient components in the material are prone to denaturation under warm conditions, so some will be lost.
After the material is freeze-dried, a porous material will be formed, the volume of which is basically the same as the volume before drying. Therefore, because the treated material has a large contact area, it can be quickly recovered if watered again, and it can be stored for a long time in a sealed container.
