Instructions For Use of Freeze Dry Machine
1. Put the stainless steel bottomless tray on the storage cart and push it to the front of the freeze-drying compartment of the freeze-drying machine;
2. Open the freeze-drying compartment door, put the tray into the partition smoothly, slowly pull out the tray, and insert the sample probe into the sample respectively;
3. After the sample is placed, check whether the freeze-drying compartment door is closed and whether there is a gap on the side;
4. Check whether the cold trap door is closed and whether the water inside the cold trap has been wiped clean. If there is water, it should be drained and wiped clean. So as not to affect the life of the vacuum pump;
5. After checking and confirming that there is no problem, click the program freeze-drying button on the main page to enter the freeze-drying curve setting page;
6. After setting the freeze-drying curve, press the manual button on the left side of the freeze-drying program to press the pharmaceutical freeze-drying machine, and the freeze-drying machine will enter
the automatic operation mode, and enter the sublimation drying stage after the pre-freezing stage. After the sublimation drying stage, it will transfer to the analytical drying stage.
