Working Principle of Freeze Dry Machine

The working principle of the freeze dryer is to use the sublimation principle, according to the characteristics of the three-phase "liquid state, solid state, and gas state" of water, which are mutually

converted and coexisted at different temperatures and vacuum states. Through the refrigeration system of the freeze dryer, the water-containing vegetables are frozen into a solid state at a low

temperature, and then the drying chamber is formed into a vacuum environment through the vacuum pump system of the freeze dryer, and the first drying is carried out in a high vacuum state, and the

solid ice is directly sublimated into The gas removes 90% of the free water, and then enters the analytical drying to remove the remaining 10% of the bound water. Because the molecular force of the

bound water is relatively strong, the freeze-drying machine will provide more heat for sublimation to remove the bound water, and obtain a water content of 2~ 5% vegetable freeze-dried food. The

working principle of the freeze dryer is to use the principle of sublimation to remove water through three working stages to obtain freeze-dried vegetables with very little water.

5. At the end of the secondary drying, it has the end point discrimination function. The program automatically enters the end point discrimination after confirming the dried product, prompting to enter the next step.
