The SED-8S Pharmaceutical Tablet Counter operates through a highly efficient, synchronized, and automated process designed for seamless line integration.
Empty bottles transferred from upstream equipment are securely positioned at the filling station by an intelligent bottle-blocking mechanism on the conveyor track. Simultaneously, the solid dosages are gently and uniformly fed into the counting chamber via a vibrating corrugated plate. Equipped with advanced photoelectric sensors, the system precisely counts each unit as it drops. Once the exact target quantity is reached, the product is efficiently dispensed into the waiting bottles, ensuring accurate and consistent filling for every batch.
