The SED-70XJJ-K is an automatic plunger rod screwing machine designed to streamline the downstream packaging of pre-filled glass and plastic syringes. It handles standard syringe sizes from 0.5 ml to 10 ml-including industry-standard formats from BD, BG, and SCHOTT-at a steady rate of 35-45 syringes/min.
To prevent syringe breakage, the system uses precise servo-driven torque control for gentle, consistent rod insertion. Built with an AISI 304 stainless steel frame and equipped with smart PLC diagnostics, the machine easily complies with international GMP standards. Its modular design allows it to run as a standalone system with an automatic vibratory feeder, or connect directly downstream from your Pre-filled Syringe Filling and Sealing Machine for a fully automated, hands-free production line.
