Rapid Mixer Granulator is a high-shear mixing solution designed for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and food industries. It is used to mix dry powder binders and then agglomerate them into uniform granules by adding a granulating liquid. This process significantly improves the flow properties and compressibility of powders for downstream tablet pressing or capsule filling.
Unlike traditional low-shear mixers, the "Rapid" designation refers to the high-speed impeller and chopper blades that achieve uniform dispersion and granulation within minutes.
