It automates the entire process-from box erection and product loading to glue sealing-ensuring efficiency and hygiene. Built with a fully stainless steel enclosure and intelligent control systems, it offers reliability and ease of use for small to medium batch production.
Working Principle
Operators manually place products onto the tank chain conveyor. A photoelectric sensor detects the product, triggering the machine to automatically open a carton. When the product and carton align, a pusher inserts the product into the box. The box then moves to the sealing area for glue application before being output as a finished package.
