Working Principle
The machine operates by first adjusting the carton guide rail according to specifications. Cartons are manually loaded into the feeder, where a suction cup erects each one into shape. The bottom flap is then closed, and the carton moves via a chain conveyor. When a product is detected, the leaflet folding mechanism folds the insert (1-4 folds) and places it with the product. Finally, the carton is sealed using tuck-in or glue-spray methods.
