Features of Wet Mixing Granulator
1) Uniform mixing ensures even dispersion of small amounts of pigments or colored granules.
2) Strong stirring ability enables rapid and uniform wetting of materials with 8-12% starch slurry concentration.

Working Principle of Wet Mixing Granulator
The mixing paddle is a specially shaped three-bladed device that rotates at a certain speed under the drive of a transmission device, causing the materials to undergo a regular spiral three-dimensional motion, thus achieving thorough mixing. Even raw and auxiliary materials at the bottom of the container achieve ideal mixing results.
The thoroughly mixed and wetted soft materials are then subjected to high-speed rotation of a separately driven cutting blade. Relying on its multi-layered herringbone blades, the blades break up clumps and cut them into uniform particles in a very short time.
The above mixing, wetting, and granulation processes are carried out automatically and continuously, generally completing in about ten minutes.
