HSAP-160 aluminum tape packaging machine has advanced structure, high efficiency, low noise and simple operation. This machine adopts frequency converter to adjust the speed, the stroke can be set arbitrarily. Equipped with a vibrating column feeding mechanism and photoelectric monitoring device.

The whole machine has reasonable design. Its shell is formed by the welding of the stainless steel plate. The machine is equipped with door cover for safeguarding PC plate, which not only ensures appearance beauty and practicality, but also complies with the safety operation rules of GMP requirements.
Asthe whole machine adopts programmable controller and programmable touch screen to control each action point, capsules and tablets with or without clothes can be automatically filled into the interlayer of two-layer aluminum foil for packing to form a medicinal plate belt. The particle number of cutting plates (the length of the medicinal plate) can be set arbitrarily on the touch screen at any time according to customer's requirements, without worrying about the need to replace a variety of gears and cams due to the replacement of packaging specifications and varieties.
The temperature of the heat sealing mould is measured by the temperature detector on the surface of the high-level assembled PT301 roller. On the one hand, it ensures the absolute stability and reliability of the sealing mould surface temperature; on the other hand, it directly improves the sealing performance of heat-sealing medicine plate.
The main machine adopts frequency converter to adjust speed steplessly. As the machine is controlled by the programmable controller, the transmission mechanism has simple structure and convenientmaintenance. The machine is equipped with easy-tear-mouth cutting device.
