How a Capsule Filling Machine Works
Loading & Orientation: Empty capsules are loaded into the hopper, fed into the magazine, and sorted in the sorting block to ensure they are correctly oriented (smaller end down).
Separation: Capsules are separated via vacuum. The upper halves are inspected; faulty or non-separated capsules are automatically rejected by a pin and removed by vacuum.
Filling: The lower portion of the capsule is filled with product. The "Powder Homogenizer" ensures the powder is evenly distributed in the dosing disk for consistent weight.
Closing & Ejection: The two halves are joined together. Finished capsules are discharged to a chute, and the station is cleaned with an air blast.
