Working Process
Our Automatic Coffee Capsule Filling Machine requires minimal operator intervention. The automated workflow operates as follows
The operator places a stack of empty cups onto the loading station.
The machine automatically drops 2 cups simultaneously and rotates them to the filling station.
The screw powder system accurately fills the coffee powder into the 2 cups.
The machine automatically drops pre-cut aluminum lids perfectly onto the top of the cups.
Nitrogen is flushed into the cups, followed by a secure heat-sealing process.
The perfectly sealed, finished capsules are smoothly delivered out of the machine.
