Products Description
Experimental spray drying (spray dryer/spray dryer) is mainly applicable to the production of micro particle powder in universities, research institutes and laboratories of food, medicine and chemical enterprises. 3) Full automatic control: one button startup, after setting spray process parameters, the temperature reaches the preset temperature, the peristaltic pump starts automatically, the touch screen displays the running animation, and the running process is clearly displayed; When shutting down, simply press the stop button and the machine will automatically shut down safely.
4) Manual control: If you need to adjust the process parameters during the experiment, you can easily switch to manual mode, and the entire experiment process is dynamically displayed on the color touch screen (animation)
5) Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (needle), it will automatically clear when the nozzle is blocked, and the frequency of needle passing can be automatically adjusted.
6) Shutdown protection function: When shutting down, simply press the stop button, and the machine will immediately stop running except for the fan, ensuring that the equipment will not burn out the heating part due to misoperation (forcibly shutting down the fan).
7) The spray, drying, and collection system is made of high-quality stainless steel materials, so that the drying process can be carried out in a pollution-free environment.
8) Equipped with an imported oil-free air compressor, the particle size of the powder sprayed follows a normal distribution, with excellent fluidity and very low noise, less than 60db.
9) The atomization structure of the fluid spray, the whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel materials, and the design is compact without auxiliary equipment.
10) The design of drying temperature control adopts real-time PID constant temperature control technology, which enables accurate temperature control in the entire temperature range and heating temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
11) In order to maintain the purity of the sample, an air inlet filter is equipped.
12) The feeding amount can be adjusted by the feeding peristaltic pump, and the minimum sample volume can reach 80ml.
13) The dried finished dry powder has a relatively uniform particle size, with over 95% of the dry powder within the same particle size range.
14) For viscous materials, there is a nozzle cleaner (through needle) that automatically clears the nozzle when it is blocked, and the frequency of the through needle can be adjusted automatically.
