1) Into the bottle method: the bottle to be filled is manually placed into the bottle carousel, and the carousel is rotated to enter the conveyor belt.

2) Bottle inspection: The photoelectric sensor detects whether there is an empty bottle on the main turntable, and sends the detection signal to the control computer to control the filling of the bottle. No bottle is not filled.

3) Filling function: If a bottle is detected in the front, the PLC controls the filling nozzle to be filled into the bottle for filling, and the second double-head filling is used to fill the mouth body to prevent drawing.

4) Laminating function: It detects the sealing of the bottle aluminum foil and completes the cutting of the lid.

5) Upper cover device: The cover is automatically covered by the hoist, the bottle is detected, and the cover is pre-screwed by the vacuum to achieve high efficiency and stability.

6) Servo cap: The cover is detected, and the cap motor is controlled by the servo motor to control the torque and rotation speed to ensure that the cap is tight and the tightness is consistent.

7)Out of the bottle: Finally, the bottle that has been capped is out of the conveyor belt and can be moved to the next step.
