SED-80LP bottle unscrambler is an excellent automatic bottle equipment, carefully designed in accordance with the national GMP standard and process requirements. Its work process is unique, to ensure that every link is accurate.
The motor drives the bottle tray to work through gear transmission.
The bottles in the hopper are rotated from the bottom to the top of the disk through the semicircular groove of the disk, and the bottles in the groove pass through the turning plate in the bottle-sorting mechanism, which can automatically turn the bottles with the bottle mouths facing downward or the bottle bottoms facing upward to complete the bottle-sorting at last.
The main transmission part is hidden inside the box body, which effectively avoids the possible material pollution caused by the transmission mechanism.The part in contact with the material is finely polished to ensure the cleaning and hygiene of the product.
The key parts of the machine use light aluminum alloy material, which makes the machine weight light and easy to carry.The shell is made of high quality stainless steel plate, strong and durable, ensuring the stability and durability of the equipment.

Features
The machine body is made of 304 stainless steel material, which is full GMP-compliant design.

It features simple setup and operation. After bottles are fed into machine, user turns on the switch and the machine will start unscrambling. And speed can be adjusted with speed regulator, so that it can comply with user's production line.
