How It Works
Tubes are placed in the hopper and automatically fed into individual tube holders (positioning dies) on a rotating turntable. As the turntable indexes, each tube passes through:
Filling station – A closed conical hopper feeds product to a plunger-type metering valve, which accurately dispenses the set volume into the tube.
Sealing station – Mechanical grippers first melt the tube tail (hot melt), then apply pressure to form a strong, hermetic seal.
Coding station – A mechanical punch imprints the batch number and production date onto the sealed tail.
Ejection station – Finished tubes are automatically discharged into a collection container.
The filling volume is easily adjusted via a calibration dial. Different sealing grippers can be swapped to handle various tube diameters and materials.
