The SED-30RG-A Cosmetic Tube Filling Sealing Machine is designed for efficient and hygienic filling and sealing of plastic and laminated tubes. Based on a single-drive transmission system and a precision indexing mechanism, the machine drives a rotary table with tube holders to perform intermittent motion, completing a fully automated process from filling to finished product discharge.
Equipped with 8 working stations, the machine automatically carries out filling, internal and external heating, tube sealing, batch coding, tail trimming, and finished tube ejection. Except for manual tube loading, all operations are completed automatically, ensuring stable performance, high accuracy, and consistent sealing quality.
