The desiccant pouch filling machine adopts VLSI, microcomputer control, and touch screen to realize man-machine dialogue. With the microcomputer configuration, you can not only conveniently complete the input of various data through the touch screen, but also fully control the operation of the machine after the equipment is started.

The filling effect of desiccant sachets is satisfactory for glass and plastic bottles of various sizes containing food, medicine or cosmetics.
The bottle blocking cylinder on the bottle feeding track of the bottle conveying mechanism blocks the bottle conveyed by the upper equipment at the position where the desiccant is filled, waiting for the desiccant to be filled, and the bottle mouth is aligned with the shearing mechanism.
The stepper motor drives the bag feeding mechanism, pulls the desiccant bag out of the desiccant bag tray, the color code sensor detects the desiccant bag and controls the length of the bag, scissors cut the desiccant bag, put it into the bottle, and the conveyor belt of the bottle conveying mechanism.
The filled desiccant bottle is delivered to the next equipment, and at the same time, the desiccant bottle to be filled is replenished to the position where the desiccant bag is filled.
