Work Process – Step by Step

1. Bag loading (horizontal magazine) → machine clip (no-bag alarm)

2. Open zipper + coding (ribbon end detection alarm on touchscreen)

3. Upper & lower bag opening (if bag not opened → no filling)

4. Filling (detection: no material → no sealing) + tray vibration

5. Dust cleaning at bag mouth

6. Reserved station

7. Heat sealing 1 (heating failure detection) + exhaust

8. Heat sealing 2
