Working Principle & Process of Tablet Inspection Machine Vision Inspection System
Tablets are loaded into Hopper manually or by Tablet Loader, then come to eight channels by Tablet Sorter and then are stuck on each cavity by vacuum. After one camera detects one side exposed on cavities, tablets are transferred to the cavities on another Roller. When the tablets come to the inspection stations, the other sides are to be detected by other five cameras. During the inspection process, defective tablets will be rejected to Rejection Bin and good tablets exit to Good Tablet Bin.
