Products Description of Low Temperature Vacuum Dryer
Low-temperature vacuum drying ovens work on the principle that water boils at a low temperature under low pressure, causing the moisture in the items to be dried to quickly vaporize and be discharged, thus achieving the purpose of drying. Compared with ordinary drying methods that heat items to a temperature much higher than 100°C under one atmosphere of pressure, this method has the advantages of faster drying speed, less pollution, and no damage to the internal quality of the dried items. Therefore, this equipment is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, light industry, and chemical industries for low-temperature drying.

Features of Low Temperature Vacuum Dryer
The boiling point of the material solution decreases under vacuum, increasing the driving force for heat transfer during evaporation. Therefore, for a given amount of heat transfer, the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be reduced. The heat source for evaporation can be low-pressure steam, waste heat steam, or circulating hot water. The evaporator experiences minimal heat loss and can be sterilized before drying. No impurities are introduced during the drying process, meeting GMP requirements. As it is a static vacuum dryer, the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.
Working Principle of Low Temperature Vacuum Dryer
Vacuum drying involves heating and drying the material under vacuum conditions. Using a vacuum pump for dehumidification accelerates the drying process.
Note: If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered. However, if an SK series water ring vacuum pump or a ZSWJ series hydraulic jet vacuum unit is used, a condenser is not necessary, saving on investment.
