Working principle:

1) The process includes two procedures of mixing and granulating.

2) Once the hopper is closed, the metric powder can be loaded into the tray from the conical hopper and continue to rotate in the container under the action of the stirring blade. At the same time, under the continuous action of the tapered tank wall, all materials grow into a liquid bridge shape. 

Under the action of squeezing, friction, and debris from the blades and conical tank walls, all materials gradually turn loose. Finally, when the desired outlet is opened, the water particles are pushed down under the centrifugal action of the blades.

3) More precisely, the formation of these soft particles does not depend on the effect of forced extrusion; these small and uniform particles are mainly formed after continuous cutting in the state of bright liquid. In short, the machine can realize the mutual conversion between different materials.
