2. Adjustment of industrial vacuum cleaner: professional industrial vacuum cleaner has two sets of dust cleaning pipe devices, each with an air suction adjusting plate, and the air volume is adjusted according to the use.
3. Speed regulation of polishing machine: organized by electronic governor. For fragile capsules, the rotating speed can be appropriately low, otherwise, it can be appropriately high. When used for tablet polishing, the rotating speed can be appropriately lowered.
4. Adjustment method: tilt adjustment of polishing cylinder: the tilt is adjusted by the tail support plate, with large tilt and good polishing effect, small tilt and high production efficiency.
5. The lower part of the polishing sealing cylinder is connected with one of the suction pipes of the industrial vacuum cleaner;
6. Connect the power supply of the industrial vacuum cleaner and polishing machine, and the air volume of the suction pipe for removing the powder is also adjusted on the regulating plate of the industrial vacuum cleaner.
7. The work can only be carried out after the above preparations have been made.
