1. Installation of die
(1) Installation of upper punch: unscrew the lower punch fixing screw, turn the handwheel to raise the lower punch core rod to the zui high position, insert the lower punch into the hole of the lower punch core rod (note that the notch slope of the lower punch rod is aligned with the lower punch fastening screw, and should be inserted to the bottom), and then tighten the lower punch fixing screw.
(2) Install the lower punch: unscrew the upper punch fastening nut, insert the upper punch core rod into the hole of the upper punch core rod to the end, use a wrench to clamp the hexagon at the lower part of the upper punch core rod, and tighten the upper punch fastening nut.
(3) Install the middle mold: unscrew the fixing screws of the middle mold, place the mold flat in the hole of the middle mold platen, and make the lower punch enter the hole of the middle mold, press it to the bottom, and then tighten the fixing screws of the middle mold. When placing the middle mold, pay attention to holding the middle mold flat to prevent it from being stuck and damaging the hole wall when it is placed askew.
(4) Turn the hand wheel by hand to make the upper punch slowly drop into the middle mold hole, and observe whether there is collision or friction. If there is collision or friction, loosen the fixing screws (two) of the middle mold platen, adjust the fixing position of the middle mold platen, so that the upper punch enters the middle mold hole, and then tighten the fixing screws of the middle mold platen, and the installation is qualified until there is no collision or friction when the upper punch enters the middle mold.
2. Adjustment of sheet output
Turn the hand wheel to make the lower punch rise to the high position of zui, and observe whether the lower punch surface is aligned with the plane of the middle mold (or whether the high or low will affect the sheet removal). If not, unscrew the butterfly screw, loosen the gear pressing plate, and turn the upper adjusting gear to make the lower punch surface aligned with the plane of the middle mold. Then press the pressing plate up, and tighten the butterfly screw.
So far, shake the hand wheel by hand, and the car will run for more than ten revolutions without load. If the machine runs normally, you can add materials to test the pressure and make the next adjustment.
3. Adjustment of filling depth (i.e. adjustment of tablet weight)
Unscrew the butterfly screw and loosen the gear pressing plate. Turn the lower adjusting gear to the left to raise the lower core punching rod, and the filling depth will be reduced (the weight of tablets will be reduced). After adjustment, press the gear tooth pressing plate and tighten the butterfly screw.
4. Adjustment of pressure (i.e. adjustment of tablet hardness)
Unscrew the locking nut of the connecting rod, rotate the upper core punching rod, and turn it to the left to move the upper core punching rod downward, so that the pressure increases and the hardness of the pressed tablets increases; On the contrary, if you turn to the right, the pressure will be reduced and the hardness of the tablets will be reduced. After adjustment, use a wrench to clamp the hexagonal at the lower part of the upper core rod, and still lock the connecting rod lock nut.
So far, the adjustment of the die has been basically completed, and then the motor is started to test more than ten pieces. If the weight, hardness and surface finish of the pieces are qualified, they can be put into production. During the production process, the quality of tablets must still be checked at any time and adjusted in time.
5. Disassembly of the die
(1) Dismantle the upper punch: unscrew the upper punch fastening nut, and then pull out the upper punch. If the fit is tight, you can use pliers to clamp the upper punch to pull it out, but pay attention not to damage the edge of the punch.
(2) Dismantle the middle mold: unscrew the fixing screws of the middle mold, unscrew the down punching fixing bolts, unscrew the butterfly screws, and loosen the gear pressing plate. Turn the dynamic adjusting gear to lift the lower core punch rod by 10mm. Turn the hand wheel slightly to make the lower core punch rod push out part of the middle mold. Take out the middle mold by hand. If the middle mold fits closely in the hole, do not use force to turn the hand wheel hard top to avoid damaging the machine parts. At this time, remove the middle mold platen and take out the middle mold.
(3) Dismantle the down punch: first unscrew the down punch fixing screw, then turn the hand wheel to raise the lower punch core rod to the zui high position, and then pull out the upper punch rod by hand. If the fit is tight, clamp it out with pliers (be careful not to damage the edge of the punch).
(4) After the die is disassembled, the adjusting gear must be turned to make the lower core punch rod retract by about 10 mm. When the hand wheel is turned to make the lower core punch rod rise to the zui high position, its top end should not be higher than the bottom surface of the middle mold platen at any time (this step should not be ignored to avoid the collision between the lower core punch rod and the middle mold when it is used again). After zui, screw down the fixing screw.
