In the process of using the fruit and vegetable freeze dryer, if there is a fault, it is easy to affect the working process. But users will inevitably encounter some glitches during use. Here are a few things to summarize for you today:

1: The indoor temperature is higher than 30℃

Fruit and vegetable freeze dryers need to operate in a suitable environment. When the indoor temperature is higher than 30 ℃, the condenser may not be able to exert the condensing effect, which will make the system fail.

The maintenance method at this time is that if the indoor temperature is around 28°C, the user can open the rear door of the condenser or the door of the room to optimize ventilation and cooling conditions.

Second: the humidity in the environment is too high

When the humidity in the environment is high, it is easy to cause electrical failure or short circuit. In response to this situation, the maintenance method is to use ventilation equipment or open windows for ventilation to reduce humidity.

Three: The power supply voltage is unstable

The normal working power voltage of the fruit and vegetable freeze dryer is 215-225 volts. After it deviates from the allowable voltage range, the compressor cannot work effectively or even run at all.

For the unstable power supply voltage, the solution is to replace the qualified power supply when the power supply voltage is unqualified; when the power supply voltage is unstable, you can use AVR (220V) or add a voltage stabilizer to the original working power supply.

Four: There is too much dust on the fruit and vegetable freeze dryer or in the environment

If there is too much dust on the condenser and compressor, it is easy for the condenser to fail to achieve the condensation effect, which directly affects the use effect of the compressor.
