4. Capsule Locking Station
This station is used to sleeve the filled capsule body and capsule cap, which is an important step for capsule filling.
Common problems in this station include: capsule insertion and splitting, mainly due to poor alignment of upper and lower modules, when the capsule is locked, the capsule body and capsule cap are not on the same centerline, causing damage to the capsule body or capsule cap; The locking state is poor, including capsule shrunk head, capsule damage, separation of finished capsule body and capsule cap.
