What Are The Main Parts Of The Adjustment Of The Rotary Full-automatic Tablet Press And How Should It Be Carried Out?

The rotary full-automatic tablet press has fast speed, high output and good tablet quality. Double pressing is adopted during tablet pressing. They are all controlled by a microcomputer, which can continuously press granular materials. In addition to pressing ordinary discs, they can also press various shaped tablets. It has the characteristics of full closure, high pressure, low noise, high production efficiency, perfect lubrication system, automatic operation, etc. In addition, the machine is obviously superior to the ordinary tablet press in transmission, pressurization, filling, feeding, punch guide rail, control system, etc.
1. Adjustment of filling amount:
(1) Adjustment mode of hand wheel: filling adjustment is completed by the adjustment hand wheel installed in front of the rotary full-automatic tablet press. There is an indicator beside the control hand wheel. When the hand wheel rotates clockwise, the filling amount decreases, and vice versa. During adjustment, it shall be noted that there are enough particles in the feeder, and the pressure shall be adjusted to make the tablets have enough hardness for weighing.
(2) Adjustment mode without handwheel: the filling adjustment is completed by the servo motor. The lifting control of the filling quantitative guide rail is realized through the positive and negative rotation of the motor, so as to adjust the filling amount. At the same time, the high and low positions (filling depth value) of the filling quantitative guide rail can be displayed on the interpersonal interface.
2. Adjustment of tablet thickness (pressure):
(1) Hand wheel adjustment method: the tablet thickness (pressure) is adjusted by the adjusting hand wheel installed in front of the machine. There is an indicator on the side of the control hand wheel. When the hand wheel rotates counterclockwise, the tablet thickness decreases (pressure increases), and vice versa. After the filling amount is set, check the thickness and hardness of the tablet, and then make appropriate fine adjustment until it is qualified.
(2) Adjustment mode without handwheel: the tablet thickness (pressure) is adjusted by the servo motor. The lifting control of the lower main pressing wheel is realized through the positive and negative rotation of the motor, so as to adjust the tablet thickness (pressure). At the same time, the high and low positions of the lower main pressing wheel (thickness value of the main pressing wheel) can be displayed on the interpersonal interface.
3. Adjustment of feeding speed:
When the filling amount of the rotary full-automatic tablet press is adjusted properly, the tablet weight will change (generally decrease) with the increase of production speed. If the material properties allow, in addition to adjusting the filling depth, the feeding speed will also be adjusted to ensure the requirements of tablet weight. Selecting a suitable feeding speed requires experience (the feeding speed should not be too high or too low).
