2. How to collect liquid
First close the liquid outlet valve of the water condenser, start the compressor, open the plate cooling solenoid valve and condensing solenoid valve for 10s, run the compressor for 5-8min, check the medium pressure of the compressor, and stop the compressor when the medium pressure is about 0kgf/cm At the same time, the inlet valve of the water condenser is closed, and the freon is collected into the water condenser.
3. Replace the cleaning filter
It is recommended to replace the filter element of the drying filter and the filter element of the return air filter after the refrigeration system has been running for more than 1 year. It is best to replace it once a year. If it cannot be replaced, it should be removed and cleaned with gasoline.
4. How to discharge the air from the refrigeration system
Close the liquid outlet valve of the water condenser, start the compressor, open the plate cooling valve and the condensing valve after 10s, and turn off the compressor after 5min of continuous operation. For the inlet valve of the water condenser, unscrew the nut next to it and turn the valve stem clockwise to discharge air.
