Precision Vacuum Bag Opening: The machine employs dedicated vacuum suction cups to perform an adhesive suction process on both sides of the bag opening. This ensures a reliable seal and secure hold before the opening process begins.

Advanced Cam Swing Rod Mechanism: Once suction is achieved, a high-precision cam swing rod transforms rotational motion into a steady swinging motion. This mechanism pulls both sides of the bag apart simultaneously, preventing uneven pressure, tearing, or warping.

Synchronized Clamping Grips: Following the pulling action, bag clamping grips move synchronously toward the center. This controlled pressure fully expands the bag opening, creating ample space for smooth material filling.

Material-Specific Suction Cups: The equipment is adaptable to various bag materials through specialized suction cups:

Soft Grip Cups: Designed for thin, light plastic bags to prevent surface damage.

Pouch Opening System
