Products Description

Spray dryers are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries to dry liquid materials into fine powder.

1.Particle size control: This spray dryer can usually produce a bell-shaped distribution with an average particle size of 30-500 microns.

2.Product evaporative cooling: A protective layer of steam keeps the particles at saturation temperature.

3.Short residence time: According to the scope of use, the residence time is between 3-10 seconds, which can achieve spray drying without thermal degradation.

4.Flow characteristics of dried products: Most spray-dried particles are spherical, providing fluid flow characteristics. This makes many downstream operations (such as packaging, pressing, filtering and processing) easier and cheaper.
