It is equipped with two cap loaders including a hopper, which integrates cap loading and capping function, reducing users' cost. Features

The capping system can be selected according to the cap and bottle design.
Frequency control of the whole machine. PLC controlled, clear and understandable display on the touch screen.
Constant torque capping heads ensure that the head stops rotating after the caps meets the tightness requirements, which is suitable for products with high tightness requirements (can be replaced with cap pressing system)
Photoelectric sensor detection, the machine will stop in case of bottle shortage or bottle blockage, and will automatically run after recovery.
The capping heads can be customized to meet the requirements of different bottle caps.
The structure is fastened and all parts are sealed such as electrical control part, so as to avoid affecting the service life of electrical components.
The embedded buckle structure is adopted, which is easy to disassemble, clean and maintain.
