Products Description of Automatic Liquid Filling And Capping Machine
Automatic filling and capping machine, suitable for light liquid filling and capping of plastic or glass bottles. The machine consists of conveyor, SS316L positive displacement piston pump, bottom filling nozzle, liquid buffer tank, bottle indexing wheel and capping system. The loading and unloading of the bottles can be done through the loading and unloading turntable (Ø620mm or Ø900mm), or directly from the production line.

Features of Automatic Liquid Filling And Capping Machine
1 Anti-drip design, can achieve clean conveyor surface and perfect finished product
2. No bottle and no filling system.
3. Check if the bottle is stuck.
4. Positioned by the star wheel. It will automatically stop when there is no bottle or the position is incorrect.
5. Fully adjustable, suitable for different bottles with different star wheels and capping heads.
6. Adjustable electronic torque value to eliminate damage to the cover and reduce blade wear.
7. When changing the volume setting, all pistons can be controlled by the servo system. The volume setting can be easily changed with the touch screen. There is no need to mechanically adjust the piston again and again.
