Assembly Requirements For Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

(1) There are five grooves under the metering chassis, corresponding to the metering chassis conditioning column protruding from the base, to ensure that they are all in the groove.
(2) When the metering plate and powder baffle are installed (note: do not tighten the bolts temporarily)
(3) Turn the hand wheel of the main machine to make the filling bracket at the high position, install the filling bracket, tighten the bolts at both ends, and then gradually lower, so that the filling rod can be pulled out of the inner hole of the measuring plate, and tighten the bolts of the measuring plate at the low point. When the filling rod is at both ends of the inner hole of the powder baffle, tighten the bolts to ensure no friction.
(4) After the completion of the fully automatic capsule filling machine, the handwheel of the main machine should be turned at most 3-5 positions, and the machine can be started up and operated only after it is checked and correct.
