It can automatically complete capsule positioning, separation, filling and other actions, reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency. Suitable for filling all kinds of capsules, whether domestic or imported. It is an economical and practical equipment for filling capsule drugs in the pharmaceutical industry.
However, it is also prone to some exceptions during operation, as follows:
1、 The capsule cannot be separated.
1. The capsule needs to be replaced due to its own reason.
2. The vacuum is too small. There are many reasons why the vacuum is too small. If the cause of the vacuum pump is found, find a mechanic to repair it or replace the vacuum pump. The air pipe
separated from the vacuum pump connecting capsule is broken, replace the air pipe. The filter membrane of the vacuum pump is blocked. Clean the filter membrane. In addition, it may be that the water flow is too small, so we need to replace a larger water flow pipe. Of course, we need to find out the reason according to the situation. Here are just a few simple examples.
3. The clearance between the module and the capsule separator is too large, so the height of the capsule separator or the module can be adjusted, or there may be a problem with the telescopic rod in the module. Of course, this needs analysis. Zui is prone to problems if the powder is too thin or sticky.
4. The module is not correct. Use the debugging rod to adjust the module until it falls automatically.
5. If the powder is too sticky and blocks the module, the module should be cleaned.
2、 The head and tail of the capsule are concave. Sometimes there is a problem with the capsule shell itself. I have encountered many problems before. Replacing the capsule shell solves the problem. Then check whether the height of the thimble needs to be adjusted at the thimble. Sometimes it can also be solved by increasing the stress area of the bladder. To increase the stress area of the capsule is to customize a thicker thimble. This is what people from the capsule manufacturer said. We didn't do it at that time.
3、 Capsule rubbing and splitting, which is very painful and often encountered. Need to be treated carefully. This phenomenon is generally caused by the following reasons.
1. The difference between capsule cap and capsule body is too large. The capsule needs to be replaced.
2. There are too many powder residues on the module. The module needs to be cleaned.
3. When installing the module, the upper and lower molds are not aligned, so re align the module. Until the commissioning rod can automatically fall.
4. It is also related to the particle size of the powder. In the process of talking with others, others also say that there is this reason. I didn't confirm the details. If there is such a reason, this item should be added in the verification to see whether the particle size can cause the phenomenon of cutting. If it is confirmed that this phenomenon does occur, consider whether to replace the screen when making the whole particle.
5. Check whether the thimble is too high at the lock of capsule and cap.
6. To solve the problem of splitting, there is a way to try to shorten the distance between the upper formwork and the top plate. Of course, the distance is too short. The principle is that it is locked before plugging and splitting. This method is really feasible. This is the method I use more than Zui. Once before, I found that there was no way to solve the problem. Almost replaced the whole batch of new capsules. After Zui, I used this method to solve the problem of inserting and splitting.
4、 There is no fixed method for the large difference of loading capacity. Readjust the filler rod. This reason is basically directly related to the powder. If it is related to drug powder, please directly refuse to fill and request the granulating post to rework for the sake of equipment.
5、 The distance between the powder scraper and the dosage plate should be 0.5mm, as long as it does not touch the dosage plate. Increasing or shortening the distance can directly affect the loading capacity. Sometimes, if the loading is too low, try increasing the distance. If the filling rod is not pressurized at the short distance of Zui, the loading is too high, please directly request the granulating post to rework.
6、 The bearing at the outlet of finished product, the lock, and the place where the waste capsule is removed is blocked, basically because it appears after the powder enters. Please clean the bearing in time and apply an appropriate amount of oil. Butter is better than machine oil in these places. After cleaning, ensure that the bearing has been dried, otherwise it will be blocked immediately. Each time the site is cleared, the bearing shall be removed for cleaning and oiling.
