Feature
Container feeding station: Automatic empty cups loading device, horizontal design, it can accommodate 500 capsules, Adopt air claw to feed capsule, stable and accurate.
Machine use premade cup. Cup sensor “no cup no filling”Capsules sensor ,if detect no capsules, no filling and no sealing.
Nitrogen injection station: Additional Nitrogen gas flushing to increase coffee shelf life. Nitrogen protection line from capsule loading station to seal station. And storage hopper has nitrogen input.
Automatic vacuum material feeding machine: Automatically transfer powder product through pipe from holding floor tank to auger hopper.
Filling station: high speed four servo driven auger filler mounted on top of the machine, separated controlled by PLC touch screen, the weight adjustable by touch screen.
